  • How much it cost for delivery?
  • Delivery charges varies depending on place of delivery. For major cities like Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi will cost Rs.100
  • How long it takes to deliver product?
  • Its varies city to city and locations of seller and delivery address.
    • For delivery in major cities Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi will take 1-3 working days
    • For other cities it varies from 1-5 working days

  • Which payment methods are supported on Wizz.pk?
  • As we are growing consistently since our launch, currently we support only few payment methods. But if you can't find your desired method please contact us we can arrange something suitable for you.

  • What is Wizz.pk refund policy?
  • Refund is applicable only under certain conditions. Once your product return is processed successfully, we will process your refund after getting the return product. It can take upto 14 working days.

Return Product

  • Is there any return policy?
  • Yes, we accept returns within 7 days under conditions:
    • If you received product which is Bulky or Damaged.
    • Product you received is opened or unpacked.
    • If you don't need the product anymore.

  • Rules applied for Product Returns
  • You will be eligible for returns only when satisfies below conditions:
    • Product packed in original packing
    • Fashion products which have size you can worn them to check the size
    • Shouldn't be traces of any use
    • Products shouldn't be damaged/torn and original label warranty cards etc should be there
    • You have to return any free items you received with that products
    • In case you don't need item anymore, make sure its not opened and should be in original packing
    • If returns doesn't any or all of the above conditions we have right not accept your return
  • How to delivery return product?
  • Follow the steps below after you got approval from Wizz.pk for return:
    • Package item in its original packing
    • Put the return label you got from Wizz.pk
    • Submit it to our logistic partners
